CHILD WATCH
Y Community Plus members with family memberships have unlimited access to Child Watch services at 12 YMCA branch locations across San Diego County. With easy reservations through the YMCA app, you can focus on your fitness or unwind at the Y while your children play under the supervision of highly trained YMCA staff. Not yet a Y Community Plus member? Current Y members can upgrade to the Y Community Plus membership plan by stopping by any location. If you currently have Child Watch services as an add-on to your family membership, you may continue to use Child Watch services on a drop-in basis. Learn more here.
- Child Watch Hours (6 weeks - 9 years old):
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-12:00pm and 4:30pm-7:00pm
- Friday/Saturday: 8:30am-12:00pm

Les Mills GRIT
Want to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time? Try our 30-minute high intensity Les Mills GRIT class on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm.
LIVESTRONG
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA engages cancer survivors through an approach that focuses on the whole person — mind and body. Participants work with trained Y staff to improve cardiovascular endurance and functional ability, build muscle mass and strength, and increase flexibility. In addition to physical benefits, the program also focuses on the mental and emotional well-being of survivors and their families. This creates a supportive community environment where people affected by cancer can connect during treatment and beyond. Get more information online Learn more about the program.

Be sure to check the group fitness class schedule for new classes and updates. Remember, members have unlimited access to our fitness classes!
INBODY ASSESSMENTS
InBody body-composition assessments are available by appointment. Now you can leave the guessing behind and know exactly what is inside your body!
HEALTH AND WELLNESS ORIENTATION

YOUTH SPORTS
Come out and play at the Y with youth sports leagues, clinics and peewee lessons. Register today!
- Youth leagues: Registration for spring leagues are now open!
Registration remains open until teams are full. Soccer leagues are available for ages 6-7, 8-9, 10-13. Games and practices take place on Saturdays. We are proud partner with San Diego Wave FC for our youth soccer leagues! - Youth clinics: Youth (ages 6-12) clinics for soccer and baseball continue monthly through June.
- Peewee lessons: New peewee (ages 4-5) are happening monthly! Sign up today at the membership services desk or register today online.
- Volunteer! We need parent volunteers for youth sports coaching! The Y will provide training and guidance to our soccer league volunteer coaches. If you can help, contact Tyler Rutter at [email protected].
SWIM WITH US
- Swim team: Our youth swim team is back in the water! Schedule a tryout or learn more about Y swim teams.
- Swim lessons: Sign up now for group or private swim lessons this fall at all East County YMCAs! Learn more about swim lessons at the Y.
- Registration is the 15th of the month for members and the 17th of the month for nonmembers. - Register today!

PARENTS NIGHT OUT
Drop your kids off at the Y for our fun-filled event and enjoy a night out on Fridays, 5:00pm - 8:00pm. View. We’ll provide dinner and beverages. We will have play time, creative crafts and activities and enjoy watching a fun movie! Event is for ages 3-12 years old. Children must be potty trained to attend. Cost for participants: $40 (Y members receive up to 25% off!) - Reserve your spot today!
