Annual Beach Party and Fundraiser

Join us on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 3:00 to 8:30pm for YMCA Camp Surf’s famous beach party, and this year’s theme is Surfin' Safari! Please join us for a fun and relaxed fundraiser and help us send more kids to camp. The beautiful McKinney Oceanfront Center will be decked out with historical displays, live music, drinks and hosting fabulous food! We invite you to watch the sunset, be part of our opportunity drawing, silent auction and dance the night away for a great cause. Your partnership proceeds go directly to provide scholarships for kids to go to camp as well as facility projects at YMCA Camp Surf. All ticket sales and donations will go directly toward providing financial assistance to campers and families, and to program and facility improvements. You will be making a difference in the lives of young people across San Diego County and beyond.

Everyone is invited to dine on great food at the beautiful McKinney Oceanfront Center and enjoy the company of Camp Surf colleagues and friends. This venue sits right on the beach with an open-beam wood ceiling, fireplace, camper karma and huge glass doors with a view of the Pacific Ocean!

This night includes:

  • Great food and offerings from local breweries, wineries, and vendors
  • Silent auction with trips, events, and unique items
  • Ocean sunset, dinner, live music, and dancing
  • Celebrating Camp Surf’s history and community impact.

TICKETS

Early Bird — Before October 13, 2024

  • Individual: $100
  • Table (Seats 8 guests): $800

Regular — After October 13, 2024

  • Individual: $150
  • Table (Seats 8 guests): $1200

BIG KAHUNA SPONSOR - $10,000

  • The title sponsor receives high visibility in all materials, at the event, and during the year following the event. Benefits include endorsement on all promotional materials, recognition in local IB Times and Coronado papers, recognition as title sponsor on program and decor, listing in our impact report and signage at the event.
  • Includes 2 tables (16 tickets for the event).

PIPELINE MASTERS - $5,000

  • This partner is important for a successful event and receives significant recognition at the event and in follow up materials. Benefits include recognition in local IB and Coronado papers, logo on program, listing in our impact report and signage at the event.
  • Includes 1 table (8 tickets for the event).

TRIPLE CROWN - $3,000 

  • Our key sponsor benefits include logo on event program, listing in our annual report, and event signage.
  • Includes 4 tickets for the event.

STAR GAZERS - $1,000

  • This support level includes logo on the event program and listing in our annual report.
