With our offices relocating to North Park, we wanted to provide you with important information regarding attendance sheets.
Beginning December 14, attendance sheets should be mailed or submitted in-person at our new office located at 4451 30th Street, San Diego, CA 92116. A drop box will be available in front of the new building for your convenience. Street parking is available.
If attendance sheets are sent to the old address, there is a chance that payment will be delayed. Please contact your payment analyst if you have any questions. Analysts are listed below according to the first letter of your last name or the first letter of your center name.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES NATIONAL CITY OFFICE
While we will continue to work with families, child care providers, and community partners remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, beginning January 1, 2021, our National City Family Support Services (Alternative Payment program) team will be based out of our new satellite office co-located at the Border View Family YMCA which is situated just north of San Ysidro. This office will not be open to the public.
Correspondence and appointments will still be held electronically out of an abundance of caution due to COVID-19. If you need other arrangements or need assistance, please contact your Family Advocate.
