Build
a Happier, Healthier Kid by visiting the Y on Saturday, April 26, from approximately
9 am to 2 pm (times vary at participating Y branches). The YMCA of San Diego County is celebrating
YMCA's Healthy Kids Day® with a FREE community event to get kids
moving and learning and families living healthier.
YMCA of San Diego County's Healthy Kids
Day is the Y's national initiative to improve the health and well-being of
families, featuring fun active play and educational activities to help kids be healthy
and reach their full potential.
Healthy Kids Day will include
fun active play and educational activities to keep kids moving and learning, in
order to maintain healthy habits and academic skills to achieve goals and reach
their full potential. Millions of children and their families are expected to
participate in Healthy Kids Day at nearly 1,600 events across the country.
